Súra 47 Muhammad, ájet 28

1. ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمُ اتَّبَعُوا مَا أَسْخَطَ اللَّهَ وَكَرِهُوا رِضْوَانَهُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَالَهُمْ

   That is because they followed what angered Allah and disliked (what earns) His pleasure, so He rendered worthless their deeds.
