Súra 50 The letter Qaaf (Qaf), ájet 18

1. مَا يَلْفِظُ مِنْ قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ

   Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared (to record).
