Súra 70 Al-Ma'arij (The Ascending Stairways), ájet 41

1. عَلَىٰ أَنْ نُبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

   To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.
